We are very keen to ensure that this is noticed, from our first meeting and go to great lengths to ensure that you are fully happy with every interaction with us, down to the last part of the project and after the project has been completed. Maurice is a proud co-founder and Certified General Contractor of ONE2 Constructions Limited and a university graduate in the field of Civil and Structural Engineering.

Before ONE2 Constructions, Maurice was an employee of Portland Municipal where he oversaw several government projects and contracts. He has a keen eye for detail and a passion for construction. Since 2009, Maurice has been providing valued construction services such as designs, renovations, and construction management.

His main focus is to provide transparency, clarity, and quality in all aspects of the construction arena. He also holds dear and near to his heart, the key, (one of) ONE2 Constructions Ltd. value statement which is “Transparency is our foundation.”.Maurice is also a member of the diaspora and understands what it is like, “being abroad and waah build up supn’ a yard” ( -Wanting to build something back home in Jamaica- ).

Maurice states that ONE2 Constructions Ltd. was conceived with the thought of his fellow members of the diaspora who need somewhere to turn to that they can trust, where they can rest assured that they’re getting value for their money(s) and at the very same time transparency in all aspect of any of their projects.

Omar is the co-founder of ONE2 Constructions Limited and a practicing Building Surveyor. He is a former soldier of the British Army where he was responsible for supplies logistics and held responsibility for overseeing the movement of resources and information between various military bases both home and overseas. It is with this capacity and discipline that he has brought to the table of this organization which also embodies dependability, honesty, and transparency. Omar is a property investor and owns a property management business in England, United Kingdom. He is a talented, focused, driven professional with comprehensive knowledge of residential property surveying, Omar has a great taste for buildings, an eye for details, and a passion for high standards and quality.

He is also a former representative of the Royal Bank of Scotland as a System Access Administrator, IT Support Contact, and Debt Management Advisor for over 7 years. Omar is skilled in conducting mortgage assessments and analyzing collateral risk within a residential structure for loans and demonstrated expertise in all facets of real-estate valuation including residential appraisal for sales, mortgage financing, and municipal revaluation purposes. Possess a wealth of experience in logistics, electronics, IT, and customer service.

Strong communication skills with a track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging a strong network of business relationships. He prides himself in dignity and honor, and it’s for this very reason ONE2 Constructions Limited can be sure that they have the right personnel at the helm of the organization.
