Designing Concept
Designing takes into consideration the customer's vision and goal, ONE2 Constructions then takes the presented ideas and replicates a design; the design is then used to develop an architectural draft.
Throughout the project designing phase, we provide our clients with critical information and guidance to ensure that the design matches their original intent, program, and budget. ONE2 Constructions also provides essential input regarding cost, schedule, quality, and detail of the drawings.
Architectural Drafting Services
From the approved design(s) between you, the customer, and ONE2 Constructions, we will generate architectural plan(s) to replicate the customer's ideas. The replicated plan(s) will include Structural Drawings and Working Drawings.
Working drawings will entail a Cover-sheet and Location map, Site Plan, Work Plan, Floor Plan(s), Foundation Plan, Plumbing Plan, Electrical Plan, Roof Plan (Timber Roof, Reinforced Concrete Slab, Structural Steel Framing, etc.), Structural Details, Drainage Plan, Sections, Site Sections, Landscaping Plan, and Fire Concept.
The architectural plan is the end product (Blueprints) that will be completed and fit for presentation to the local authorities for inspection (vetting) and approval.
Project Oversight:
ONE2 Constructions will ensure that the project meets the agreed objectives for works being done in the interest of you, the customer, you can also rest assured that you are getting high standards, quality work, and value all while keeping within your budget.
Service Support
ONE2 Constructions provides personnel (skilled artisans) to collaborate on projects, existing projects, or random repair jobs. For example Floor installation (timber or slab), electrical installation, doors, and windows installation, etc.
Financial Assessment
Assessing the project from its preliminary stages to ensure that all stages of the project are being done within budget. This includes providing oversight at each phase(s) or milestone(s) of the entire project, which includes: Design and Drafting, Site Clearance (Earthworks), Building Layout (Profile Boarding - Batter-Boards), Excavation, Foundation Reinforcement, and Concrete Works, Wall Erection (Concrete or Drywall), Reinforced Concrete Slabs (Roofs and Floors), Roof Framing (Structural Steel Framing or Timber Framing), Windows and Doors Installation, Wall Finishes, Floor Finishes, Ironmongery (Door locks, Door handles, Inches, Faucets, etc), Electrical Fitting and Finishes (Lamps, Lights, Outlets, Switches, etc) and all other accessories and items concerning the building process.
Managing the construction process from start to finish includes engaging and facilitating the construction process, supervising the construction process, and generating phase reports from a pin to an anchor.
Consultation
Providing a detailed step-by-step process for the safest, most economical, structurally efficient, and environmentally friendly designs and construction details. Building efficiency offers suggestions to you, the customer, about making the building more practical, cost-effective, durable, safe, eco-friendly, and inclusive all while making the building aesthetically presentable.
Labour
ONE2 Constructions can provide the necessary labor force to help get your project going or back on track in cases where it has been impacted by unforeseen circumstances (be-it tardy workmanship, poor workmanship, contractor dispute, unresolved dispute, or shortage in labor, etc.) The labour force will be a representation of ONE2 Constructions, which means a high level and standard will be guaranteed.
Auditing
ONE2 Constructions can carry out an audit in regards to your project(s), just to make sure your building endeavors/project(s) are proceeding in line with your budget to not incur any unnecessary cost which can ultimately cause your project(s) to not meet their targets (completion).
Building Maintenance and Property Management.
ONE2 Construction Ltd we are aware that many building proprietors may have experienced some form of damage to their property be-it intentionally or unintentionally (normal wear and tear).
ONE2 Constructions Ltd offers estimates for the cost to repair damages, a general estimate, a detailed estimate, and also a bill of quantities to give a more precise costing to effect repairs.
Building Valuation
We provide estimates for the overall building cost if the proprietor wants to sell or the buyer wants to buy a building. We also carry out valuations on has-built construction(s) of both finished and unfinished buildings.
